Sessions in This Unit
The materials covered this unit will introduce the topic of children's mental health and provide context for the materials that will be covered later on in the workshop.
Unit 1 covers following sessions:

Each session contains three sections:
- Video Clip that covers the topic the original workshop video (note that you can listen to the audio or read the transcript if you wish),
- Notes that elaborate on the video content,
- Discussion Questions and Comments.
