Topics for This Unit
The materials covered this week will introduce the topic of children's mental health and provide context for the materials that will be covered later on in the workshop.
Unit 2 covers following sessions:
Session 1: Magnitude of the Problem
Session 2: Issues in Children's Mental Health
Session 3: Learning and Developmental Disorders
Each session is divided into three parts:
- Video Clip that covers the topic the original workshop video (note that you can listen to the audio or read the transcript if you wish),
- Notes that elaborate on the video content,
- Discussion Questions.

These courses work best when everyone participates so use these questions as a starting point for contributing to the discussion forum. You can get to the discussion forum via the Forums tab at the top of this page. Please note that the Forum is organized to mirror the weeks and topics of this course.
